“Wildwood”
has traditionally been the official home of the University president.
Current Southeast President, Dr. Ken Dobbins, chose not to move into
the residence when he took the presidency in 1999.
However, the President still uses the house for official university
functions, dinners and entertainment programs.
The 8,800 square foot, three story home was originally built in the
late 1800’s with horse stables and later a large stone wine cellar.
