Robert
A. Dempster Hall opened in 1996, and is home to the Donald L. Harrison College
of Business and the Computer Science Department.
This three-story building totals over 100,000 square feet and includes
ten classrooms, 7 microcomputer labs, over 450 fully networked computers, the
400 seat Glenn Auditorium, 3 general seminar rooms, 3 student lounges and 2
fully-mediated interactive television rooms.
The
Harrison College includes the departments of Accounting, Finance, and Business
Law, Administrative Services, Economics, Management Information Systems, and
Marketing. With interactive television and satellite systems plus technology
packages in each classroom, Dempster Hall is used for a wide variety of campus
programs and workshops hosted by the university, various businesses, and the
community.
