Advising/Enrollment Resources

Please review our appointment policy regarding missed appointments. (NEW Effective January 2014)

Alternate pin numbers are required to enroll in courses. A new alternate pin number is assigned for each semester. Students must be advised to obtain the alternate pin number, as the number is provided with the list of recommended courses during the advising appointment. The alternate pin number for students who have been advised in Dempster Hall 123 is typically entered into the comments section of DegreeWorks with the list of recommended courses. To access the alternate pin after you have been advised, log in at http://portal.semo.edu. Look for the area titled "BookMarks Plus" and select "DegreeWorks Student". Once DegreeWorks loads on the screen, select the "comments" tab just below your name. The most recent advising notes appear at the top.
