Required Core and Support Courses
Students must be admitted to the Harrison
College of Business prior to enrolling
in any upper level (300 or above) business courses. Prerequisites are listed
below the course name. Students must meet all prerequisites in order to enroll
in any course. Students who enroll in unauthorized courses, including courses
for which they do not have prerequisites, will be dropped from those courses.
Admission requirements to the Harrison
College of Business include:
1)
Completion of 60 hours or more
2) A minimum 2.25 cumulative grade point average
3) A grade of ‘C’ or better in
each of the following lower level core/support
courses: AC221,
AC222, AD101, BL255, EC215, EC225, EN140, MA134, MA139,
MG252, QM257, and
SC105.
Students who are not
making adequate progress towards meeting admission requirements are subject to
dismissal from the Harrison College of Business. If dismissed, students
are not eligible to continue as business majors at Southeast.
