Due to limited seating in online classes that fill quickly, the program is designed with part-time students in mind.  Students who wish to attend full time have the best chances of getting a full schedule when enrolling on their priority registration date.  Summer enrollment opens in February, fall enrollment opens in April, and spring enrollment opens in November.  Priority registration dates are available at http://www.semo.edu/registrar/.  Students must be admitted and advised to be eligible to access the enrollment system.  New transfer students must be admitted by the Office of Admissions and the Office of the Registrar must have completed the transcript evaluation process before new transfer students can be advised.

Students admitted to the online program are restricted to taking only online courses or courses taught at the regional campuses through Southeast.  Students may be dropped from the online program if they enroll in Southeast courses taught face to face in Cape Girardeau

Students are highly encouraged to read through all information at http://online.semo.edu to learn more about online courses at Southeast.
