    We are a team of school professionals who meet one time per week to address the needs of any students who are experiencing difficulties with issues relating to academic success, attendance, teen pregnancy, mental health issues, ect. We work mostly with the students and their families to resolve these issues. We address these issues through positive communication with the parents/students in the form of meetings and home visits. Mainly we work with families who have exhibited at-risk behaviors(chaotic family life, drugs/alcohol, ect.)
