Under federal law, certain sex offenders who are already required to register in a state must provide notice of each institution of higher education in that state, at which that person is employed, carries on a vocation, or is a student.  Therefore, if any individual is required to register as a sex offender in a state and indicates that he or she is employed, carries on a vocation, or is a student at Southeast Missouri State University, that information will promptly be made available to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

Current registered sex offender information has been provided to Southeast Missouri State University from law enforcement agencies.  Any information provided to the Department of Public Safety, Southeast Missouri State University, will be made available at our website or may be viewed at the Department of Public Safety in D-wing of the Dearmont Quadrangle, 360 Dearmont Circle.
