The Department of Human Environmental Studies offers diverse programs to improve the quality of life of children, individuals and families. Cooperating programs emphasizing early childhood and gerontology are available for interested students. Our department offers degrees in

- Dietetics
- Fashion Merchandising
- Hospitality Management
- Interior Design.
Additionally, our department provides an accredited dietetic internship and two graduate degrees: the M.A. in Human Environmental Studies and the M.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Science.
