Human Environmental Studies

life for individuals and families. At Southeast Missouri

well equipped laboratories in the areas of foodservice, child development,
family life and interior design. With readily available supplies and
equipment, these laboratories give you the opportunity to apply theory and
develop decision- making skills needed as a professional.
