Vision Statement

Our vision is to become an effective team that values all of its members.  We strive to create an environment in which all members, students as well as faculty and staff employed in the area, have the support they need to reach their professional potential.  Collaboration is and will continue to be our strength.  We will measure our success not by who students are when they arrive at our institution but by the extent to which we enhance their understanding of themselves and the world in which they live.  Ultimately, we hope to increase the ability of students, faculty and staff in the area to approach everyday problems in living and working as well as more complex social issues with logic, creativity and compassion.
